DiemHang’s baking journey

DiemHang has been baking for as long as she remembers. At age 14 she sold desserts at her grandmother’s restaurant before moving to Canada. Following her studies in computer science, DiemHang completed the program Pastry and Art Design and International Sugar Art with Stephane Klein in France. She has many years of experience as a pastry chef catering at a very large dining service chain. She specializes in fine dining desserts and cake decorating.

In 2002, DiemHang started her own home bakery located in the Ottawa area. She is always honoured to serve clients and make their visions come to life. With every order, she uses top-quality ingredients to create tasty and stunning desserts for all occasions. She is always trying new recipes and trends in the culinary industry. 

Additionally, DiemHang is passionate about sharing her experiences and teaching others. She loves to teach cookie decorating, royal icing and cake design, and sugar art flowers as she hopes to share her passion for baking with others.
