Mason jar/air tight container





Ingredients 

  • 1 cup radish or daikon cut to baton stick

  • 1 cup carrot cut same size daikon

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup water water

  • 1/2 cup sugar sugar

  • 1 tsp black pepper corn (optional)

Steps:

  1. Cut the vegetable roots into baton stick . Set the the cut vegetables roots in mason jars or air tight containers .

  2. Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper corn in a saucepan bring to a boil then pour the liquid to the prepared vegetables roots in container or mason jars

  3. ready to use in 2 hours
