Pickled radish and carrots recipe:
Suplies:
Mason jar/air tight container
Ingredients
1 cup radish or daikon cut to baton stick
1 cup carrot cut same size daikon
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 cup water water
1/2 cup sugar sugar
1 tsp black pepper corn (optional)
Steps:
Cut the vegetable roots into baton stick . Set the the cut vegetables roots in mason jars or air tight containers .
Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper corn in a saucepan bring to a boil then pour the liquid to the prepared vegetables roots in container or mason jars
ready to use in 2 hours
