Ingredients:

  • 200g dark 55% high-quality chocolate

  • 200g 35% cream

  • 50g soft butter

Steps: 

  1. Heat the cream to boil

  2. Pour in the chocolate

  3. Stir until the chocolate completely melts

  4. Leave in room temperature or in the fridge to set
