Blondie Brownie

Blondie has the same texture as a brownie ,soft, gooey, chewy, has no cocoa powder or melt chocolate. It ‘s Bake with lot of brown sugar for a deep caramel flavour and goes well with cranberries and white chocolate chips and very additive !

To achieves chewy fudge gooey texture, at first, you need to mixing butter and 1/4 portion of the sugar melt into microwave or use sauce pan melt butter and sugar on the stove top make sure the mixture complete dissolved, add vanilla set aside let it cool, mean while prepare the batter ingredients.

In a medium bowl use a whisk mixing egg and remain sugar to well combine then add in the butter mixture, fold in the flour and your choice of chocolate chips, dark, white, milk chocolate, or your favourite nuts like pecan, walnut, almond or dry fruits. I like my blondie with dry cranberries and white chocolate chip, I also sprinkle some flakes salt balance the sweetness.

Pour the batter into the prepare cake pan, I use 8 inches square pan line with parchment paper. Sprinkle more chocolate chips and dry cranberries on the top for garnish and the flakes salt. Bake at 350 degree in Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Check and turn the tray half way through baking. When it’s cooked the blondie will be firm to touch and the stick comes out clean or with some crumbs stick on the side is perfect.

Blondie Brownie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

1/2 cup Dry cranberries

Blondie batter

  • 150g un salt butter

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 375g brown sugar

  • 240g all purpose flour

  • 2 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  1. Melt butter and 100g sugar Heat the butter and sugar in microwavefor 1-2 minutes. Mix the mixture complete melt make sure all the sugar all dissolved

  2. Combine eggs and the remaining sugar in mixing bowl. Mix the egg mixture and brown sugar to well combine

  3. Pour in the butter mixture to the egg mixture and tip in the flour. Fold the ingredients and dry cranberries and white chocolate chips

    Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes

  4. Cut into 4 by 4 equal 16 square pieces.
