Brownie Recipe

A piece of chocolate makes all the difference in a brownie.

This brownie has the texture you want when you bite into a brownie. Thanks for the rich combination of butter, chocolate and your favorite chocolate chips, there is no need any frosting.

This will satisfy your sweet tooth.  To achieves chewy fudge gooey texture, at first, you need to mixing butter, chocolate and 1/3 portion of the sugar melt into microwave or use sauce pan melt butter, chocolate and sugar on the stove top let melt slowly on low heat. Make sure the mixture complete dissolved, set aside let it cool, mean while prepare the batter ingredients.

In a medium bowl use a whisk mixing egg and remain sugar to well combine then add in the butter chocolate and sugar mixture, fold in the flour and your choice of chocolate chips, dark, white, milk chocolate, or your favourite nuts like pecan, walnut, almond or dry fruits.

I like my brownie with seed butter you can use peanut butter piping on top and white chocolate chip, no need sprinkle salt flakes the seed butter contain salt balance the sweetness. Pour the batter into the prepare cake pan, I use 8 inches square pan line with parchment paper. Sprinkle more chocolate chips and soft the seed butter piping on the top for garnish. Bake at 350 degree in Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Check and turn the tray half way through baking.

  • Mixing bowl medium size or stand mixer

  • Spatula

  • Whisk

  • Scale

  • Parchment paper

Add your favourite chocolate chips to the batter

Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Chocolate chips (high quality chocolate for the best results)

1/2 cup Seed butter or peanut butter

Blondie batter

  • 150g un salt butter

  • 120g dark chocolate (high quality chocolate for the best results)

    300g brown sugar

  • 100g all purpose flour

  • 3 large whole egg

  • 20g cocoa powder 22/24

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp instant espresso

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder.

Steps:

  1. Melt butter, chocolate and 100g sugar. Heat the butter and sugar in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix the mixture complete melt make sure all the sugar and chocolate are dissolved. If you don’t use microwave, you can use saucepan melt ingredients on stove top on low heat when the sugar and butter melt remove from the heat stir until the chocolate complete melt. Set aside to cool

  2. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt. Set aside

  3. Combine eggs and the remaining sugar 200g in large size mixing bowl. Mix the egg mixture and brown sugar to well combine

  4. Pour in the butter, chocolate and sugar mixture to the egg mixture and folding flour in two additions, adding instant espresso. Folding chocolate chips and sprinkle more chocolate chip and piping the seed butter on the batter before bake.

    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes

  5. Cut into 4 by 4 equal 16 square pieces.
