Supplies:
Mixing bowl medium size or tall container
Whisk
Spatula
Scale
measurement cups
frying saucepan /grill skillet
Stand mixer/ Electric blender or regular blender machine
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp cooking oil (veg oil, sunflower oil, canola oil)
1 1/4 cup whole milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries (you can use frozen if fresh not available)
1/4 cup butter cut to cubes for the pancake (optional)
Maple syrup or pancake syrup
Steps:
Combine dry ingredients first then wet ingredients (except blueberries) in a medium bowl and mix until smooth using an immersion or regular blender.
