Energy Bite

Perfect healthy snack. Energy bites are a nutritious snack , loaded with oatmeal, nut, and dried fruit, making them perfect for on the go snack or a balanced breakfast addition Dates are natural types of sugar, high in fiber and blood sugar control antioxidants. Dates improve brain function. Dates are a source of bone-friendly minerals including phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium. They are also a source of vitamin K which is needed for healthy, strong bones. who doesn’t want it?

Take a variety of it benefits turn it it into delicious snack call it energy bite, pack full of nutrients need in a small bite.

Special needs when you are in diet fasting or good for everyone can enjoy the healthy snack . It’s fantastic!


Yield:

  • 2 dozen

Supplies:

  • cookie scoop or 3/4 oz -1 oz scoop

  • Mixing bowl medium size

  • Spatula

  • Scale

  • cup measuring

Ingredients: 

 300g/2 cups pitted dry dates

50g/1/2 cup unsweet coconut

50g/1/2 cup toast pumpkin seeds

50g /1/2 cup roll oats

50g/1/2 cup ground toast flaxseed

50g /1/2 cup craizins

Steps: 

  1. Soaking dates overnight cover cold water soaking over night

  2. Next day cook over high heat until the boil bring the heat down to medium low

  3. Alow the water evaporates and the date getting soft that you can mashed like mashed potatoes

  4. Until the water from saucepan completed gone you can hear the sizzling sound

  5. Remove from the heat transfer to a bowl

  6. Roughly chop roll oats, coconut, pumpkin seeds just a couple pulled breaks up a bit

  7. Mix in pumpkin seeds , flaxseed

  8. Rolls oats and coconut and cranberries

  9. Mix until they all combine and the mixture cool down but still warm

  10. I use scoop to portion the size 1 oz

  11. Scoop and round into a ball and roll to coconut or roll oats

 

It’s about 2 dozen total.

Pack them into box and gift them to your friends :)

You can replace the dry ingredients or add more dry fruits or nuts that meets your taste.
