Mocha Chocolate Granola

Healthy Breakfast and perfect crunchy snack.

Making granola is very simple, this mocha granola complete of nutritious breakfast and perfect healthy snack; although, this ingredients list quite long but you will find it’s gone fast. You will be delight!

I like the sweet mocha aroma in this granola with a hind of espresso, crunchy texture of puffed quinoa mixed with roll oats, flavour cinnamon and vanilla. The chocolate melt form the crunchy granola clusters. Combine all ingredients give the texture is so beyond delicious. Perfect for breakfast top on yogurt give you complete nutrition for the day… maybe way yummy with a big scoop of ice cream afternoon snack. it’s fantastic!


Yield:

  • 1173g

Supplies:

  • Baking tray with parchment paper

  • Mixing bowl medium size

  • Spatula

  • Scale

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Roll oats

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar

  • ½ cupCane sugar

  • 1 cup Quinoa flakes

  • 1 cup slivered almonds

  • ½ cup sweet coconut

  • ½ cup Flax seeds

  • ½ cup Pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup Puffed quinoa

  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa butter or coconut oil

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar

  • 1 cup 70%chocolate chip or semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp toast ground Espresso

 

Steps: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl except chocolate chips and ground expresso

  3. On a baking tray with parchment paper spread all ingredients evenly on a tray

  4. Toast 10 minutes each side. When the granola should become gold and brown.

  5. Wait for the mix slightly cool down and the tray still warm stir in chocolate chips

  6. Chocolate will melt slowly into the mix and help form the crunchy granola clusters

  7. Then add 1 tsp of toast ground espresso
