Granola

It’s so much better than breakfast cereal and can also make for the perfect snack. Crunchy rolled oats, seeds, nuts, and dried fruits are amazing in one bowl of yogurt. So simple and easy to make.

Yield:

  • 4 cups

Supplies:

  • Baking tray

  • Mixing bowl medium size

  • Spatula

  • Whisk

  • measure cup

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup roll oats

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup slice almonds

  • 1/2 cup craisins

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup honey

Steps: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl or on baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Add syrup and honey mix well

  4. Bake at 350 F 20 minutes toast mix half way through baking 10 minutes each times
