Preparing Baked Soda Water

If alkaline water is not available, you can make a simple substitute at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baking soda

  • 3 tsp cold water

Method

Spread the baking soda on a baking tray.

Bake at 200°F (95°C) for 1 hour.

Allow it to cool completely.

Mix 1 teaspoon of the baked baking soda with 3 teaspoons of cold water.
